Elizabeth Guerrero

Elizabeth was born and raised in southern Wisconsin. She is the youngest of two, and maintains a close relationship with her mother and sister, along with her two nephews and one great nephew. Elizabeth graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, with a dual degree in political science and international studies. She also minored in Chinese history.

Elizabeth worked her way through school and fell in love with the hospitality industry. She’s worked a multitude of industry jobs ranging from local coffee shops, iconic old theaters, restaurants, food trucks, and bars. She began her management career overseeing craft cocktail bars and continued to do so when she relocated to Sacramento. Elizabeth’s hobbies include cooking, entertaining, biking, and attending comedy shows and concerts. She spends majority of her free time outdoors and she can be found hiking along the coast, camping in the mountains, or skiing in Tahoe during the winter.
