Since joining the Dawson's team Jeramie has held many positions,  including Sauté, Butcher and Grill, where he was responsible for all meats firing and timing on the line. In 2022, Jeramie was promoted to Chef Tournant where he applies his 30 years of culinary experience to oversee many different functions at the hotel, in addition to Dawson's.  Outside of work, Jeramie  enjoys camping, paddle boarding, all things pets, and most of all, his wife and daughter!
